Our first step – TRUST. Trust is often the most important obstacle people have when it comes to buying or selling property, who can you trust? Building a relationship with you so that 'trust' is no longer a question is our first step and probably the most important thing we do. Trust is built on honest and open conversations regarding all aspects of the property we are offering or the property you are selling – no 'smoke & mirrors', no pressure to sign up immediately and most importantly, we work to ensure that all parties are clear about their objectives.

L&M Property Marketing is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is paid by the seller and since 1994 we have worked closely with investors, developers and owner occupiers to be their 'In house agents'. This has proved very successful for sellers and also for buyers and here's why... we are not a Retail 'Corner' Agent tied to a location, we will sell in most locations and... we do not do Auctions. We are like a 'Wholesale' Agent guiding sellers and developers to offer fundamentally good quality real estate from the buyers perspective.

It is essential that the buyer gets a good quality property at a realistic market price and that the seller profitably offers property that is realistic in the market, both in features and price... and gets them sold. In other words, using 'old fashioned' fundamental principles of offering realistically priced, good quality property, we work to offer real estate that will give both buyer and seller a real advantage.

PETER E. MARTIN - DIRECTOR - Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Since commencing in real estate in 1980, Peter's reputation and experience has been gained in the sale and marketing of real estate and financial products, the management of businesses, market development projects, property development projects and managing property investment portfolios in both Australia and New Zealand both on a corporate and personal level.

His extensive hands-on experience includes the aqusition and development of property into investment portfolios. This encompassed property selection and project management from concept to reality of projects including tourist hotel operations, residential rentals and residential re-developments.

As Peter says, "Everyone has a different view on how best to reach their property objectives. Our role is to work with buyers, advisors and the vendor to put together the best possible solution so people accomplish their goals".

Judy Martin has 15 years experience in real estate, resort project marketing and development. Having worked with Coopers & Lybrand as a resort marketing manager and 7 years with a Real Estate Marketing Company as Business Development Manager. Judy has an excellent understanding of how to bring a compassionate, service oriented approach to client liaison.
