L&M Property Marketing is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is paid by the seller. We are not a Retail 'Corner' Agent tied to a location, we can offer property in many locations and... we rarely do Auctions. Auctions can involve costs for purchasers before you bid and the price has little to do with the actual value, Auctions are often about who can borrow more.

We will support you by offering fundamentally good quality real estate that meets the market from the buyers perspective. We also have access to property that is not yet on the market so tell us what you are looking for, we may be able to get you a pre-sale (before it is on the market) opportunity.

Investor groups and advisor assisted groups are a specialty. We can assist investor groups to define their objectives and then assist them to locate the property best suited in consultation with the many developers in regular communication with us. Often we can offer pre-sales of projects listed with us and not yet officially on the market (these are often bargains).
